    My room was clean, quiet and met my expectations

    The first room that was provided to me was not made up and I had to return to the lobby to get another room. If it wasn't for the 15+ minute wait, each way, for the elevators this wouldn't have been a problem. Instead it became quite a hassle. A room upgrade or some other gesture would have been appropriate, but wasn't offered. Instead the front desk staff simply pointed at their computer screens and said "the system says that the room is made up". Free advice...Take ownership of the problem, offer a sincere apology and then make it right by doing something extra. The check in experience is one of the most important factors which drives repeat business at hotels. My next stay will be somewhere else.

    Although the room was comfortable and clean, there was a constant noise of running water that went on for the entire night. Unforfortunately, I can't honnestly say that my stay at Hilton Toronto was my best hotel experience ever.

    Our plans had changed two days before arrival and we had to bring the teenagers with us. The front desk was very accomodating in changing our room to fit our needs! Also, the staff was very knowledgable in their surroundings directing us to where we needed to go. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage in baggage after check out so that we could enjoy the city life longer.

    I appreciated that breakfast was included with our stay, however, the restaurant service was terrible. We waited half an hour for our tea and their was very little food left to choose from at 10:30am. Disappointing.

    Check in was simple and staff was very friendly and courteous. Checking out was simple. I had no need for assistance during my stay but I did notice that there was always someone available and willing to help at all times during my stay.

    The wait for my vehicle from valet parking took longer than should be expected. However I had a few hours to kill so it was not an issue for me, but it would have been if I had any time constraints. Only two drivers working at the time when all guests must be checked out.

    Great stay, nice pool, jacuzzi and sauna. rooms were big and comfortable.

    The hotel is in easy access of the downtown airport. The room was spacious, well designed and very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was very lovely with many choices. We would definitely stay there again.

    The facility was just beautiful and everything was wonderful. 5 working elevators with 2 scenic view ones is great. The pool was fantastic and I love working out; the gym at hotels aren't always the best but this one had enough to work with.

    The only thing that was missing here was free wi-fi. I understand it's a great way to make money charging for it but so many use the Internet that it should be included or at least for people booking 3 nights. We had to walk over to Tim Hortons Everytime or wait for a computer in the lobby.

    Great location,close to everything we needed.Nice breakfast buffet.

    The bathtub had a leak.The carpet wasn't cleaned very well.There were M&M candies still on the floor from the previous clients.But it is still an excellent Hotel with great services.

    Very well situated in downtown core. Easy access to theatre distict - easy walking distance to several theatres - and a short walk to Rogers Centre. The purpose of our stay was to see a play and also went to a CFL game. Great
